Prenatal consultation

Let’s make a plan to grow your confidence in breastfeeding and mobilize your resources for the first weeks with baby.

  • Virtual or in person visit dedicated to planning for your fourth trimester

  • Review of your medical history and any implications for breastfeeding. If you have breastfed before, we will thoroughly review that experience and goals for this time around. We will discuss what to expect for you and your baby in the weeks after birth and strategies to prepare. Get all your questions answered! This consultation includes ongoing support via email or phone in the time leading up until your baby’s birth.

Postpartum package

The Game Changer. Gentle, expert support when your family needs it most.

  • Home visits to discuss your physical and emotional well being and make a plan to best support you!

  • Unhurried, holistic and practical support. Time and space for you to honor the challenging work of motherhood.

    Partnering with you to navigate breastfeeding challenges including but not limited to sore nipples, latching challenges, engorgement/mastitis, milk supply concerns.

    All visits will include a pre-feeding weight and secure fax of notes from our visit to your baby’s pediatric provider. The initial 1.5hr visit includes observation and hands on support during an entire feeding session.

Set yourself up to meet your goals as you navigate the next chapter in your family’s story.

  • Virtual visit (or in person if you prefer!)

  • Discussion of pumping, milk storage, working with childcare providers, night feeding and any other concerns you may have.

Additional home visits

For when we need a little more time together.

  • Ranging from 30min to 1.5hr

  • Additional home visits are completely customizable to what your family needs- anything from a quick weight check to more hands on nursing session support.
